CANCELLATION POLICY
Our time spent with you at ELEVENXIII is so important to us. We value you, your time, as well as your choice to come and see us. Please understand that when you cancel/ reschedule last minute or no show, it is very difficult to to fill your appointment time with another guest last minute.
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 20% of the service that is booked. & no shows will be 50% of the service booked. We do understand that sickness and emergencies do happen and we are very understanding of that as well. Just please be sure to let us know as soon as possible. With our online booking system we do require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.

LATE
15 minute grace period is given after the actual time of the appointment. If running late, please let us know in advance to be respectful of other appointments. After 15 minutes, if we have not heard from you, the appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. As a result, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
REFUNDS
All services are final sale. Due to the time, customization, and professional expertise involved, we do not offer refunds on any services performed.
If you have any concerns with your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment when contacted within 10 days of your appointment. Adjustments must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and are intended to refine the original service, not alter the service plan or desired outcome.
We value transparency and open communication and encourage clients to share any questions or concerns promptly so we can ensure you love your hair.
